The rollers produced by us are suitable for use in the conditions of mines and coal mines, and meet the requirements of industry standards and safety rules. The company produces shock-absorbing rollers that soften the impact at loading points. We produce the installation of rubber rings, or complete lining of the roller at the request of the customer.
Upper deflector rollers
Deflector rollers are necessary for centering the conveyor belt. They are installed in steps of 10-15 m, as well as in places where it is possible to damage the edges of the tape as a result of the tape shifting to the side. The lower rebound rollers are installed in the sections of the middle part of the conveyor with a step of 10-15 m, as well as in those places where there is a possibility of intense lowering of the belt and damage to its edges.
Technical data
Rollers are made on rolling bearings 60206 GOST 72-42-64. We carefully select bearing suppliers, using only proven and tested bearing samples. Customs are made of straight-seamed pipes according to GOST 10704-76. Beating meets DSTU and industry standards. The glasses are made of steel 08KP GOST 1050 by the stamping method.
Labyrinth seals are made of polyamide 610 GOST 10589. The special in-house development of the labyrinth seal ensures the outflow of air flows from the bearing and prevents dust from entering it. The bearing assemblies are filled with TSIATIM-221 grease according to GOST 9433-81. Rollers are mounted in roller supports of belt conveyors of the appropriate type.
The dimensions of standard rollers are from Ø = 57 to Ø = 212, L = 150 to L = 2000 (specific dimensions are indicated in the catalog sheets depending on the type of rollers
